Text by Luca Deias (ENG) In the painting, the flowers seem to be posed, ready to be photographed (a reference to Georgia O'Keeffe). The brushstroke of the white calla lilies is very fluid: Prevosto, in a reference to Willem de Kooning, makes profound use of turpentine within the colour. |
