Lo sfondo presenta una pennellata – ispirata alla matericità di Willem de Kooning - vorticosa, liquida e fluida diluita con l’acquaragia; ne risultano movimenti circolari e serpentinati. Le cromature spaziano dal rosa all’azzurro, in contrasto tra colori caldi e freddi. |
Text by Luca Deias (ENG) In the painting, the flowers seem to be posed, ready to be photographed. The background has a swirling, fluid brushstroke - inspired by the materiality of Willem de Kooning - diluted with turpentine; the result is circular and serpentine movements. The colours range from pink to light blue, contrasting warm and cold colours. |
