L’opera, che ricorda le composizioni di Morandi e le atmosfere di Fino Bonichi (Scipione) così come le tonalità del fondo di Hermann Nitsch, pone l’accento sulla tragicità nella scelta cromatica: quelli che sgorgano dal vaso di vetro sono fiori dalle sembianze non definite, sembrano murene dipinte su una bicromia rosso-rosa. Prevosto, per dar forma a questo processo artistico, ha fatto uso del pennello e dell’acquaragia per lo sfondo, mentre del pennello e della spatola per i fiori.

The work, which recalls the compositions of Morandi and the atmospheres of Fino Bonichi (Scipione) as well as the background tones of Hermann Nitsch, emphasises the tragic nature of the colour choice: those gushing out of the glass vase are flowers with undefined features, they look like moray eels painted on a red-pink two-tone. Prevosto, in order to give form to this artistic process, used brush and turpentine for the background, and brush and spatula for the flowers.
