Testo di Luca Deias (ITA) Come si evince dal titolo, Prevosto propone una sua composizione morandiana che, nella pittura libera, si ispira anche a Willem De Kooning. È allegoricamente presente, con il fiore appassito, il concetto della vanitas, che contrasta però con l’azzurro intenso, squillante e allegro del fiore, ubicato sopra il vaso bianco. |
Text by Luca Deias (ENG) As can be deduced from the title, Prevosto proposes one of his Morandi-like compositions, which, in free painting, is also inspired by Willem De Kooning. With the withered flower, the concept of vanitas is allegorically present, which contrasts, however, with the intense, bright and cheerful blue of the flower, located above the white vase. |
