Si trova non solo un coniglio senza vita, ma anche un panneggio steso con una fisicità tormentata che rimanda al soggetto de “La tortura” di Prevosto. Il fiore rosso e la finestra, proposti per esigenze compositive, pongono in risalto il contrasto cromatico del dipinto. |
Text by Luca Deias (ENG) The work reflects on the beauty and tragic nature of life and death. One finds not only a lifeless rabbit, but also a drapery spread with a tormented physicality that recalls the subject of Prevosto's "The Torture". The red flower and the window, proposed for compositional needs, emphasise the chromatic contrast of the painting. |
