Sul piano narrativo, Prevosto rappresenta e umanizza due conchiglie che sembrano dialogare, come se, nella loro “anzianità”, rievocassero con nostalgia ricordi lontani. Per l’artista al centro di questo confronto c’è il mare: una fittizia conversazione intima che verte sul mondo marino e sui segreti che le loro vite custodivano. Sul piano artistico, è presente una costruzione volumetrica, in cui la solidità è marcata, ma contrastata della distorsione del tavolo.

On a narrative level, Prevosto depicts and humanises two seashells that seem to converse, as if, in their "oldness’" they nostalgically evoke distant memories. For the artist, the sea is at the centre of this confrontation: a fictitious intimate conversation about the marine world and the secrets their lives held. On an artistic level, there is a volumetric construction, in which the solidity is marked, but contrasted by the distortion of the table.
