La distorsione come condizione dell’esistere, come cifra ontologica della realtà e come strumento di indagine artistica. Con la serie delle Distorsioni, Davide Prevosto sviluppa un nuovo filone della sua ricerca che affonda le radici nell’instabilità, nella precarietà e nel continuo mutamento che caratterizzano la vita in tutte le sue manifestazioni, dal corpo umano alla memoria, dalla percezione sensoriale alla struttura stessa dell’universo.

Distortion as a condition of existence, as an ontological symbol of reality and as a tool for artistic investigation. With the Distorsioni series, Davide Prevosto
develops a new strand of his research that has its roots in the instability, precariousness and constant change that characterise life in all its manifestations, from the human body to memory, from
sensory perception to the very structure of the universe.
